Carbon-steel pliers with corrosion-resistant black oxide finish. Quickly converts for use with either internal or external rings by a simple finger adjustment of 2 sliders. For external rings 1/2-inch to 2-inch and internal rings 3/8-inch to 2-inch. Includes 5 pairs of color-coded tips: .038 black-straight and 90-degree bend; .047 silver-straight and 90-degree bend; .070 gold-straight. Blue dipped plastic grips.
